The purpose of this role is to help ActionAid International secure, manage, and optimise institutional funding from ECHO by providing technical advice, information, training and additional support on preparing proposals, managing contracts, and compiling reports according to ECHO rules and regulations.

To qualify:

* You will have strong demonstrable experience, and success, working with ECHO or with large institutional donors;
* You will also need to have proven skills in proposal design and extensive knowledge of the ECHO Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA) rules and procedures;
* You should have excellent written, oral, communication and presentation skills and be fluent in written and oral English.

The successful candidate must be willing and available to travel overseas.
