Our Client, a well reputed Business House, requires the following: LAWYER/LEGAL ADVISOR | Dubai (Ref No. AHR-030905). Attractive salary and benefits. Male, GCC or any Arab National. To provide legal support to the group to be a contact for legal issues. Assist other business units in developing and drafting their policies / regulations ensuring customer & commercial focus also compliance. Advice and draft on specific focus areas i.e. mergers and acquisitions, finance, corporate governance, and corporate secretariat. Manage Litigation. Protect the intellectual property / trademark / brand through the establishment of suitable legal processes. Ensure global legal and tax compliance. Minimum 6 years of commercial / transactional and/or litigation experience. Basic - Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Law), PG - Master of Laws (LLM).
