For one of our clients, a NGO based in Geneva, we are looking for an Secretary / Administrative Assistant.

English mother tongue or equivalent.

Responsibilities

* Work and assist two Managers in the area of administration and report preparation
* Assist with organization and preparation of meetings, compile documents
* Manage agendas and arrange travels
* Prepare documents and do searches on the Internet
* Filing and archiving

Profile

* Solid secretarial skills and proven experience in a similar situation, in a multicultural environment
* Excellent English – mother tongue or Proficiency; good French
* Excellent organization skills
* Good eye for detail, precise and thorough
* Strong IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Fast and efficient using the Internet
* Proven ability to manage a heavy workload
* Flexible in terms of working hours
* Good personal presentation and social skills, self confident
* Good diplomatic skills and even temper
* Strong social skills
